welcome to Eastern Slovakian very special region Spis. Fancy discover something unique on your holiday? Know a cocktail of fascinating history and untouched nature in Tatras and Slovak Paradise, the breathtaking national parks straight in the heart of Europe.
Although Slovakia is in EU since 2004, tourism has very deep roots here, especially in Spis, because there is a lot to see and to do. Cycling, horse riding, swimming, bungee jumping, sightseeing, rock climbing or hill walking in summery Slovak Paradise, skiing, snowboarding, ski alpinism and thermal baths under the bare sky in minus ten degrees Celsius in the winter are just a few possibilities how to spend an unforgettable holidays with your family or friends in West, High or Low Tatras. Real fresh air will clean your lungs, the woods will please your soul, and the world-famous beauty of the local girls will smooth your eyes. There are even kilometres of dark caves for daredevils. And if you will be lucky enough, and behave sensibly in natural environments, you can meet chamois, salamander or eagle. This site is in development now, but there will be a choice of activities, soon, cottages and chalets in different parts of Spis, where you can book your holiday. Now, just enjoy the beautiful pictures and keep in mind not only this site, but the fact, that you can have a really good beer for as little as 50 pence in a mountain pub out there, as well.

This technique can actually be used to provide as many columns on a page as you like. Drawback #1) it gets difficult quickly if you want to make any of the columns a fixed width. Drawback #2) it relies heavily on percentages, which the various browsers all calculate differently, so you can't place your columns very precisely. Still, a very useful technique, especially if you don't want borders and different background colors for your columns. I first saw it in use at Statik Majik.
